A note is nailed upon the noticeboard in the Cloud Temple, it reads...

A most terrible event has occurred, and our leader, Codrik Del La Vega has passed on. Although the cause of his death is not completely known, a mixture of old age and lung failure is most likely the case.

Preparations are in place for his burial and ceremony, which will occur soon (TBC). Please keep yourself on the look out, as anyone who had substantial association with Codrik is most welcome to come to his burial. We would also like anyone with past knowledge of his life, such as former members of the Shad'Rin, to please contact Lyron Tarming (bluesky574), as I would like you to shed some light on his early life, during the ceremony.

May he rest in peace, and the Aenguls and Daemons welcome him to the life beyond, Codrik Del La Vega.

*The cracks in the frozen ice start to have a more of an appear some ice breaks off as if to moan the friend of Evark named Codrik, as the ice moans and cracks it seems Evark can feel his history fade as his friends die one by one. A large crack is heard throughout the cave as a crack is now resting from the middle downwards of the ice wall, down towards his frozen skull.*

*Shalua is delivered the horrible news by Katie, a monk, and her next door neighbor. She sighs, thinking with the islands recent volcanic activity, the death of Codrik, and his (guessed) lack of heirs. Besides that and the ongoing political turmoil between Ezroth and Stonedar. She sits and writes a letter with Katie, who helps the semi-illiterate Kha.

Lord Lyron Tarming,

We should have a meeting, with the Green brothers as well I think, to discuss the islands state. Or at least so that I and my father may fully understand current events. We are sure you are aware of recent volcanic happenings, and would like to discuss, or at least be informed thereof, of the islands status. Specifically what is needed to complete Aydendril, and how the government will be set up after this disaster. Also please inform me as soon as possible the time of service for Codriks funeral, myself and my husband would be glad to honor our old king.

~Sincerely, Shalua Kal'en of Ezroth

The young Kha then quickly makes for Wilvanesh to inform her father in person.*

Lyron sighs as he reads the note. He had given up on Aydendril more than an elven month ago. The title of "Lord" was no longer his, or he one he would deserve.

Lyron pulls out a piece of paper, as well as quill and he begins to write....

Dear Shalua,

Although Codrik had no known heirs, the thought of a ruling council of Empyreal had been mentioned. However, with the mountain still billowing out a constant stream of smoke, as well as a steady flow of lava, it will continue to threaten the island.

All we can do now is to move all our belongings onto the Levithan and be ready to flee the island, if that day were to occur.

Signed- Lyron
