What happens when you breed with an orc

Orc + Orc = Orc

Orc + Elf = Goblin

Orc + Dwarf = Short Orc

Orc + Human = Short Orc

Orc atributes will be much stronger, so most will have taints of green skin, and tusks some may have red eyes.

Why would an orc and a halfling be unable to breed? The sexual act would surely be "complicated" but the pregnancy i see no reason why it should be. Should not humans and dwarfs be taken off the list then if it is not possible? Just curious.
