A herald is heard shouting the news of the day.

"From this day forth, any of the House of Tarus found within Salvus territory are to be immediately seized. If they resist you are permitted to use lethal force against them. A bounty of 4000 minas will be rewarded to any who bring them alive to the palace."

"Furthermore, any of House Elendil found to be within Salvus territory are to be treated in the same manner. They are forbidden from entering any Hightower lands."

*Lord Treasurer Abdul scowls and shakes his head, he speaks to the herald*

"Tell King Hightower that I 'ope 'e intends on payin' these bounties 'imself as tha' Salvus Government is flat broke. We won't be gettin' taxes from tha' city fer another elven week. And we need those taxes ta' pay our soldiers. Make sure 'e knows that it is from me, Lord Treasurer Abdul."

"One last thing. Tha' Elysian guards are paid by tha' Hightower yes? And not with tha' cities taxes? Our funds would be spread even more thin if we intended on payin' them from tha' cities taxes."

-Isabella sits in the library when a messenger runs to her side to deliver the message. She snorts hearing that the price has been changed.

"No one will harm or kill a person, let alone a Noble, for 64 minas. I think King James has gone senile in his old age."

She goes about her work, having no interest to go to Salvus anyway.

"Hm, well I would like to see them try to arrest me. At 4000 minas I think I would rather slay whoever tried to capture me so it was raise the price. Stupid men live in Salvus, that's for sure."
