The doctor's and healer's return

- As you are walking down the main road from aethor to the temple you come across a scene of wreckage, a caravan tipped on its side and the horses slaughtered, groans heard from the other side, You have heard reports of bandit attacks and rush to the other side, expecting the worse. You come across what can only be described as odd, men who are wearing mask's and leather armour laying on the ground, groaning with there arms and legs quickly tied up, you count three of them in all. Other then the bandits you see a few what appear to be Merchant's and guards, expertly done bandages lie over various parts, they seem to be in various sitting and standing positions, looking about as confused as you. You decide to ask one of them what has transpired as he beings to tell the tale.

They tell you they where being robbed, the bandits ambushing them and quickly overpowering them, looking as though as they killed there guardsmen, and they where holding them up, taking all there good's and items when out of no where A strange man appeared and what seemed to be a blue woman. The bandits told them to shove off and threatened them with action. They simply nodded to each other and started to walk forward, the doctor approaching the bandits while the woman walked to the wounded. One of the bandits lunged at the woman and with a motion almost unseen the man whipped out a cane and smacked the bandit square across the jaw with a loud crack, sending him sprawling on the dirt, as the other two bandits jumped at him.

While the man fought off the bandits, the woman walked over to the wounded guard's and seemed to pour out some strange concoction and gave it to them, seemingly almost instantly bringing them back to life, as she then tended to there wounds with bandage's. The merchant seems stunned over the whole thing, seeing how quick it transpired, in the short time it took the woman to heal the two guardsmen the other person had already dispatched and tied up the now bleeding and groaning bandits, who only a short time ago where about ready to take there lives.

Once the dust had settled what was left was two healed and quickly recovering guardsmen and three beaten bandits. You ask the merchant what was the mans name,He tells you that when he snapped out of it he had noticed the man and the woman where already walking away, in the direction of the temple. He called out asking there name's and the man simply turned around, and flashed a smile saying " Just two friendly medic's coming back home, are names are not important". With that they walked off, hand in hand to the temple, both the man and the woman, talking and laughing as they strolled away.

The merchant finishes his tale, just as a few oren guard's and monks come by, saying some one told them there was a attack. When you ask who they say they do not know, only a man and a strange looking woman.

You look down the road to the temple, and the thought crossed your mind, " Just who are these people, and what on earth is coming to asulon?"-
