Then why did everytime I wanted to raid someone you told me no? Why did everytime I did something in RP you yelled at me OOC? Why did everytime Pok get on you guys yelled at me and blamed me OOC for things that happened in RP? Yet you never took one action against men in RP. I know you did organize that battle with the elves and their fort. But I recall the dwarves showing up in full battle kit with out even knowing we were coming. Obvious meta gaming but you told me not to complain. Before you tell me that I have no idea what I am talking about, remember, I am there everyday as well. I am not as stupid as you sometimes treat me.

I told you not to complain, because that matter was already being discussed on Skype, myself and the other nation leaders at the time came to an agreement to keep the OOC drama to a minimum, if we complained it would of caused ooc tension and drama? Sometimes people may have to be scolded, as I was told once after a raid on the kharajyr I do not know who said it but it was something like "the orcs only care for themselves ooc, and only worry about there own fun, they do not care for the rest of he community other members of LOTC" this quote really hit home to me, and I knew we had to change that sort of thinking, we are all humans, and we need to treat each other like it ooc, I acknowledged brave paws mistake and it hasn't happened since then. At that time grool, I did not members of our community representing the orcs oocly by complaining and causing fights on the forums. The community often complains about drama on the hforums, it is our duties as players to try and prevent this and not allow it to tear our community apart, but bring us closer together?

Also if I take no action against people in character, ask zogtar were his war boss rank went, oh yeah He was demoted for breaking alliances, technically I should of banished him, but we need all he players we can get, and zogtar is a phenomenal RPer, who provides rp, I didn't want to let him go ooc our IC.

Anyways time for my opinion on this subject. We need to change a few things icly and ooc in order to provide fun for us, and to attract new players.

First, we need to raise the bar for attracting female orcs. The problem I was told from talking to some females on team speak who we're interested in playing orcs, or played orcs, they said that they felt there characters being treated like sex objects, not having any meaningful purpose and there characters being ncompared to 1950's society females, as if they were lesser. So come 3.0, we need to change a few things.

-females are t be treated equally in strength and wisdom as males.

-if your jcharacter wishes to shah a female, they must ask the female, and the female decides if he is strong enough for her to continue her lineage with this male Orc.

- removing PVP fights for ranks, except Rex. A player will gain his title through work or honor on bathe battle field.

- reforming krughai targoth s. As many say, Pok was definitely one of our best military leaders in Orc history, and perhaps he becomes a targoth.

- bring back the azogs, but they will not be a war goths clan immediately, grool will be allowed to rejoin azog if he so chooses.

- we reform the yazgurten system, grool will be high yazgurta. He will be responsible for helping manage resources and oversee/provide advice to people like the far goths, miners, etc.

- Move away from the slave rp a bit (we still have it but not as prevalent, we only would use slavery as a intimidation factor to other nations. Maybe for helping with farming or lumber jacking.

I have more but iPad is going to die, so goodbye, ill talk to you all roughly January second.

Having open war against the orcs was fun but after a while it gets old and the ooc tensions get too much. Maybe a battlefield is set up in 3.0 where all our battles are fought like a battleground in WoW

Yeah I agree, a badlands kind of deal.

You whine like a ***** 24/7, eat **** and settle down.

Also, from my personal experience, I find being a nomadic orc is several times more fun than living in the Uzg. If we lose our Nation status I think it'll make things much more interesting. It's not like we ever RP in the Uzg often anyway because of our lack of numbers.

To add to this, we simply do not possess the numbers to pose a threat, and therefore being a "War Nation" if futile.

We are the North Korea of LotC.

Austin don't take this as a personal dig but you aren't fit for Rex, ICly or OOCly. We need a new Rex or a Wargoth Council, a new reform. Basically just a change. We have done atleast 20% of building on the 3.0 Orc City. You haven't given us orders at all. I know you're having technical difficulties but this was happening before your computer broke down.

Erm, yes I was. And mylas is in charge of build server because my computer broke, every time I asked you to come build you said "let me finish this rp" then you never came online, I frequently told everyone over team speak what to do, such as build houses, showed people where things where to be built and organized layouts for the plateaus for people to build on (which was promptly taken down or removed.) say what you want, but I frequently asked people to come on and build. I'm sorry that my family can't afford to drop 1000 dollars for a new computer right before Christmas so I can come on to encourage people to build.

Children, settle your asses down. This isn't a bashing thread, it's one so that we won't die in 3.0 and so that we can actually help with the Roleplay.

You haven't been on though. Mylas, Fishy and Brevias we all talked about it and agreed that you weren't active enough. Hell my family can't even afford 1,000 but you gave us no task before. When you told me to come on the build server I would come on but all we would do was float in air and AFK, then you would disconnect. You always call me onto the build server when its 11 at night, I can't squeeze extra time everytime. All I want is for someone to bring us back to the Golden Age of the Orcs. We would drink Dwarven tears after beating them in a Warclaim. The past months we have lost every fight, and they are drinking our tears!

Because brevias is sooooooooooo notorious for his activity yeah? And when it is 11 at night for you, it is like 7 for me, which is something I never realized. And I would always say to build houses! And not active enough? Over the last year I have played for more then 3hours every day, until recently when my computer broke. Every time something was built, usually someone would say this looks like ****,and it would be promptly removed. I guess I'm sorry I couldn't get on for 5 hours every day to cater to every timezone and to say I was inactive on the build server is retarded. I did spend 7 hours straight terraforming it, I mylself cannot build and I would always say, go build houses in X area, etc. also I wasn't Rex for the dwarf war >.> I know we lost against them you don't need to remind me we lost, I also didn't know if I were to be Rex I couldn't have a social life. And when I did ask you, you could of said it is so late and you could of just did it in the next day, etc

Yuppers I am Grool! And also, it really is not easy to plan out a fight between nations or settlements, I can speak about this from personal expirience, remember when we SHOULD have went against the High Elves in my time as Rex? We had a badass warclaim, everything was up and ready to go, although the High Elves didn't like that their city would end up pulverized and constantly delayed the batttle, so in the end I said screw it and didn't pursue them begging for us to go to war OOC'ly, that is what I absolutely despised in my time as Rex, and that is also a reason the position is not that appealing in the first place.

To clarify, I don't play very much at all anymore because it's all gone to ****.

Not sure if anyone has suggested it yet, but why don't we have a semi-nomadic existence? We could roam about the orc lands on an average day. However, during times of war, great crisis, invasion (invaders or invadees), or celebration, generally major events, we all gather a a specific point or city. This region could just be a ritual gathering point or it could have special qualities. Perhaps it would be of major religious importance. It could be a place for the sick, weak, old, young, shamans, and foreigners to stay while in orc lands. Perhaps There should even be special rules, such as the fact that no orcish blood may be shed at this location. I'll give full credit and inspiration for this idea from the Dothraki of Martin's books, but I still think it would work in a multitude of ways for us. That, or at least it could be adapted.

Oh yeah, and WAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!s. Those are important as well.
