As you're traveling through the monk camp, a voice strikes you. Loud and burly, it comes from near the fireplace. It is obviously male; You frown, going over. Seeing a tall and gaunt human, with black hair. Wearing a clothing of fine make. He shouts to the people who will listen, speaking of something about a.. New Al'Khazar?

"People of Asulon, of Aegis and this new land! I plead you hear me, today I speak of a revival of a place known to many, yet only visited by the most elder races. Of which most human's can not admit to have been.. Al'Khazar. In Aegis, it was a hub for all things, and a proud accomplishment for our race of humanity.. For we allowed all in this city, and were all but rude. Now, I can not say the same! I wish to revive this old city, this old place known as Al'Khazar.. In this new world..

But I need your help! I am but one man, and alone I have not the power or determination to build a city. I ask if you all would be willing to aid me in this endeavor, so that we can once more be proud of our race! We would be functioning alone, and as a place for all races to intermingle.. Though mostly human, this city would once more provide a hub of peace, and collaboration! All I ask if you wish to join is a willing heart, and loyalty. I ask all of you, who might wish to revive Al'Khazar!? For I'll need builders, workers, and those who can assist in all and any ways!"

He stops the shouting, looking about with an odd gleam in his eye, awaiting to see if anyone would consider aiding him in this endeavor...

Well I believe you and I have the same ambitions my friend. I'm not sure if you saw my sign around the sanctuary back in Asulon, but it expressed the same ideas. I believe it would be best if we worked together.
