Elorna hesitantly takes down the original scroll and replaces it with an updated list. Besides the most obvious change to the High Council, two positions on the Lower Council are now unfilled and available.

With a heavy sigh and a shake of her head, Elorna approaches the scroll once more. She bites her lip as she pins up the new list, then steps back to observe the recent, concerning changes.

Elorna approaches the scroll with another list in hand, taking down the old and hanging up the new. All of the changes are to the Lower Council, with a few positions being filled by different members, and others removed entirely.

Elorna walks along the dock of the new Elven settlement, finding a nearby tree that seems to be in an appropriate position. She hangs up the updated list, the most notable change being the promotion of the Mali'ame Steward, Rosumund, to the High Council. The position of Treasurer has also been filled, by Ebs Telrunya, and Ante'vuln Lazul was also added to the list.

Elorna walks up to the scroll bearing a list with the new changes to the Lower Council. Nienna Calm and Arzota Kameki have both been placed in the position of Ambassador, Kaun Crotania is the new Head Farmer, and Elorna the Scribe is now Elorna the Steward.

*Isirack Rivendare taps Elorna on the hold shoulder*
"I am currently the headscribe, but it is referred to as Headmaster at the moment."

Elorna nods to Isirack, and some time later returns with an updated list. She frowns faintly at the place where Prince Khel's name was once written.

Elindor catches Elorna as she is making the changes.

"Dearest Steward Elorna! How the sun does greet your face in the morning's light. Yet a query I do have for you as the day breaks. Short of assailing one of them by chance passing within Malinor, how might one seek audience with the High Council? It seems my letters are not delivered as high into the treetops as is required."

Elorna turns around and smiles to Elindor. "Ah, karin'ayla! Hmm... I can try to relay your message, or get one of them to find you. Perhaps something should be set up to make them easier to contact... are you sure it is not something I can help with?"

Elindor shifts his weight in consideration, "I wish it were that simple, yet I have been told by individuals from the Lower Council that it is a matter to be taken up by the Upper Council. I should like to see an official channel for information from the citizens upward so that others in such a jurisdictional bind as I can approach the matter with complete transparency."

A few Elven days later, Elorna returns to the list, taking it down and hanging up the new one. She sighs as she looks over the absent names. Later on that same day she returns with yet another list that includes the new Prince and Princess, huffing quielty about wasting paper.

Elorna somehow manages to get through the assembled crowd to hang up the new list with Prince Urasept's name upon it. She turns back to the crowd, eying them nervously and edging back under the shelter of the trees.
