As you enter Malinor you see a board with important information posted on it. As you scan the various announcements and advertisement your eyes fall upon one labeled "Citizenship".

Citizenship

In order to organize our people and fairly provide living situations and jobs, the council requires that you be an official citizen of Malinor. Without citizenship you may not own a home within any official Malinor settlement. Simply filling out an application here will inform the High Council that you do intend to live or work within Malinor, and will guarantee that you receive a home within the next settlement. The Council soon hopes to leave this current island in search of another, more suitable location to settle. In this new location, a temporary living situation will be established for all mali who have citizenship. This living complex will be simple and cramped, but is only meant to provide shelter until your home has been built. Keep in mind that those with official Malinor jobs (Lower Council, Farmers, Miners, Lumberjack) will be the first to receive homes.

Jobs

Each job title comes with a quota to be filled at the end of each week. Pick a quota under your selected job title that you agree to fill. You do not need to commit to one single quota under your job. If you find you cannot get an entire crate of iron by the end of the elven week, you may instead give a half crate of iron and 4.5 crates of cobble, or simply 9 crates of cobble. By filling out the job section of the citizenship application you become an official part of the Malinor work force. A chest will be placed in the back of the Hall of Labor (currently located along the passage to the chapel) for you to place the resources you have collected.

Lumberjacks

5. 10 baskets of melons
