Bazian Grandaxe

Was born from the fire and anvil that is the Dwarven home. At a young age a huge earthquake shook the mine caverns and buried his village in a pile of rubble. The tragic accident left the boy to survive on his on in the dark caverns that used to be his home. Many days passed and the young boy was on the brink of starvation, until a group of Dwarven traders came to the rubble of the once proud town and rescued him from his deathly state. They took him back to their village and brought him to health. As the years progressed so did the boy. He grew stronger, smarter and brave. He attended the towns academy where he learned how to wield a sword and an axe. Now, all grown up, he seeks out the world looking onward to new possibilities that lay ahead.

His first few days in Aegis where spent exploring the vast world and visiting the farthest reaches of the nations. He eventually came to the town of Al'Khazar to become an Oren guard. He spent his time there caring for the gatehouse and learning respect of the guards. Whilst up north, he had much contacted with the Undead and Iblees worshipers. He became curious of the ignorance of the Undead and wanted to get closer to their throats, so he set off to Snowy Fields to become a guard there. At those very walls, Bazian learned how to fight, and fight he did. He killed many of the Undead scourge and beasts of the night. During the last battle of Snowy Fields he was flung off the walls from a fireball casted by a wicked undead. Minions quickly surrounded him and hacked away. With all his might, he pushed himself in the freezing waters of the moat, away from the minions. Here he learned to show no fear, as fear meant death at this point. Bazian survived, but kept a reminder of those days with a scar cutting across his left eye, harming his vision.

After the fall of Snowy Fields, Bazian headed for Kal'Urguan, never knowing of the city's grandness. He instantly fell in love with the dwarven city! Bazian quickly grabbed a guard position and a small house in the Inner city. Here he learned of pride and honor from the culture of these dwarven peoples. After a while, Bazian wanted to do more for the dwarven people, so he became an Ambassador for the Kingdom. Through Bazian's whole career, he was under the stewardship of three different Archbishops. Each one giving him a lasting impression, molding him into the dwarf you see today.

Then a great opportunity arose. Decks leader of the Blackaxe accepted Bazian as his second in command. This was the chance Bazian needed to bring glory back to Kal'Urguan! For the next few months Bazian helped build the Blackaxe fort Kal'Domhian in the snow covered mountains of the north. The clan grew larger and larger, but Decks remain ever so silent and was never around. Eventually he got up and left Aegis, leaving the clan in Bazian's hands. Over the next weeks Bazian has been on his own for the first time in a long while, but this time he has the pressure of leading a whole clan of dwarves. So be the tale of Bazian Blackaxe, forever written.
