Biography/History:

Amida Takahashi wasn't born in Asulon, nor had he lived most of his life there. He was born and raised across the sea, on another continent, similar to Asulon. Amida grew up in a druidic, noble family, and of-course he followed the path of the druid, as he was destined to. As you can expect, Amida began his learning of the druidic ways at a young age, from all members of his family. He was the oldest of the 3 sons born into the Takahashi family, and therefor he was more dedicated not only to his druidic studies, but also dedicated to his honing his tactical, diplomatic and fighting abilities as the next head of the Takahashi family. In consequence to this, Amida hadn't much of a social life, having only one true friend from another noble family that was close to his.

The druidic teachings that Amida studied weren't exactly what the Druidic Order of Asulon would be supportive of. Amida learned to serve and protect nature, just like any other druid, but the order that he was in offered more than just ancient knowledge and wisdom of nature. As peaceful as the order seemed, they also insisted upon teachings of druidic combat. The reason why the Druidic Order of Asulon would frown upon this, is because they do not approve of twisting and manipulating nature to fulfill one's wishes, and this was exactly what Amida learned to do. By living a life of dedication and service to nature, he was granted the ability to use nature's power to protect those who were important to him. To be more precise of the extent of Amida's abilities, he could summon earth or wood in any form to protect someone from an attack, or to inflict harm upon oneself, however, this took much effort, and so Amida only used it as a last resort.

Amida is very fit for his age, as the image attached shows, he has a very toned and built body structure. Many people are often surprised that Amida has performed physical feats that a fit 23 year old man would have difficulty accomplishing. Amida simply says that it is nature that gives him the energy of a young man. Through deep meditation, he connects with nature around him, and absorbs it's energy, hence his great physical condition. When fighting, he absorbs the energy from the trees around him, and this improves his strength, endurance and durability, giving him an upper hand in battle.

Unfortunately, Amida has outlived all those he has loved. He had married a woman from another noble family, and also had a son. Amida taught his son the druidic ways, and so his son also grew up to become a great druid. When Amida was 52, his son being 24 years old, Amida's wife was killed in an assault from an enemy family. Amida's son was deeply conflicted by this, and sought revenge, so he set out to kill those who murdered his mother. Amida's son had planned to use what he had learned as a druid to inflict harm upon others, not to protect those he loved, and this was against the rules of the order. As Amida was sitting next to his wife's death bed, her last request of him, was to protect their son, and keep him safe, as he has great potential, and would certainly surpass Amida one day. Amida honored his dying wife's request. Amida was also bound to the rules that he, and all other druids had sworn to follow in the druidic order, so when his son was hunted down and arrested for breaking the sacred rules of the order, and was sentenced to death, he couldn't do anything to prevent his son's fate. This greatly conflicted Amida,  as he thought and thought every day, about to the promise he made to his dying wife, and the promise he made to the order. At Amida's position in the order, he held much influence over the major decisions of the order, and was looked up to by the younger druids. He knew, as a man of his position  he couldn't betray the order, as this would bring dishonor to his family, as well as a death sentence for himself. So on his son's execution day, he could do nothing, but look at the ground, and think of nothing but apology after apology after apology to his wife, as he had failed to keep his promise to her.

Amida couldn't live there anymore. He had to move away, and move on from his state of depression and mourning. So he sailed to the land of Asulon, in hopes of starting a new life. There, he seeks to join the Druidic Order of Asulon, and knowing that they frown upon his previous druidic order's practices, he plans to keep such knowledge to himself.
