Anthos Release Date & Trailer [Event Time Changed!]

Hello chaps and chapesses,

 

It’s time for us to finally reveal our most exciting news about Anthos yet...

 

After months and months of development and building by our huge build team, it is with delight that we can officially announce that we will be commencing the transfer to the Lord of the Craft 3.0 - Anthos on Saturday the 23rd of February with an event beginning at 11PM GMT (6PM EST / 5PM CST). Taking into account time-zones, the event will now begin at: 9PM GMT / 4PM EST / 3PM CST.

So, what’s actually going to be happening during the event(s) and what happens when we reach Anthos?

 

Well - firstly, we’re definitely wiping items - this is for many reasons but there’s two main ones:

1. We want a stable economy - people have still got loot from Asulon (incl. diamonds, gold, etc) and also everything they’ve obtained from Kalos and Elysium.
2. We don’t want anyone to have an unfair advantage over other players upon arrival in Anthos - it simply wouldn’t be good or fun, y’know?

 

Minas will either go fully, or have a cap on them - we’re not sure yet!

 

During the final journey to Anthos we encounter a terrible storm which results in us having to throw everything overboard!

 

We will of course set sail from Kalos and Elysium in our hardy ships and sail directly to Anthos without a single stop-off, and arrive at the docks there. 

 

Other updates at this time include: Arrival of Soulstones and the Shop Plugin (due to be developed this week - may not be on-time!), return of the Dynamap, forum update to new place names, external advertising thread updates.
