Regarding Recent Events

A note appears upon the message board of Kalos' Mali settlement

 

As many of you now know, the Green Horn Tavern recently fell victim to arson.  This act of random violence resulted in the destruction and collapse of the tavern, as well as large secondary explosions from the ale stores knocking out windows far away from the docks.  Many were trapped beneath the smoldering wooden skeleton, but thankfully all made it out alive.  I would like to personally thank all mali, Sentinel and citizen alike, who helped me put out the flames.

 

As founder, co-owner, and proprietor of the former Green Horn Tavern I take full responsibility for the destruction that resulted this elven day.  Though we do not know for sure the source of the fire, my failure to fireproof the ale kegs resulted in a large extension of the damage, their explosions rocking wooden supports and casting smoke to crawl all over the island.

 

I would appreciate any information regarding the lighting of the fire, as I was not present at the time.  Thank you.
