A letter arrives in the Keep of the White Roses, addressed to Commander Arjen de Sarkozy, and promptly delivered to his desk or other such item of theirs to hold their mail. Another two letters, addressed to Uthor and Althos Silverblade also arrives at their estate. As well, pinned to door of Myoni's bookstore, the same letter resides.

"Dear friends;

It is my deepest regrets to inform you that our Military, the Order of White Roses, has allowed criminal activity into its ranks. My humble bookstore, has fallen prey to the few who prey on others and abuse their ranks to personal gain at the expense of others. Today, my store was assaulted with the presence of two such individuals attempting to extort my property through violence and their liberal interpretation of their duty. In the process they assaulted and battered a friend and patron of mine who came to my aid heroically. I pray to those who read this to expel and purge these men from their positions so that justice can be met upon them in their true forms, as crooks, criminals, lairs and deceivers.

They claim that I trespass upon my own land and threaten violence upon me should I dispute.

(( In the personal versions of the letters, do not read if you are not receiving the letter personally.))

 I pray to what Gods may hear me that you aid me my friends, I would rather die than have these brutes rob me of my dream,  and I will raise steel to defend it. Your guess true de Sarkozy, Adeon is one, the other however claims to be an officer, his eyes are blue with a thick mustache and beard, he claims that I trespass on land he purchased from the High Treasurer; he constantly insults my virtue of virginity. The other, he leaps to action without provocation. Poor Raomir Armon has received both of their violences this day, a patron who stood up in my defense. Please help me, I grow more desperate with each day.

Sincerely,

Myoni Hartsdottir

(( Much, much respect for you. Not because of your cause, because you took the high ground and are trying to DEAL WITH IT IN RP instead of creating another whiny OOC thread about how the White Roses can be bullies. Good luck, I suppose. ))

((Merry, this looks like a letter more than an OOC thread. ))

((how about we take a look at my post

and what I said

and then we'll see that I'm commending her for NOT making another OOC post, and dealing with it in RP.))

(( I have no issue with the Roleplay other than the headache its given me (I'm rather empathetic with my characters :x), Roleplay is Roleplay, my character however does have issues with this, and if it comes to it is prepared to die for her books. ))

Lancel sits in his study reading over the book he had gotten from her store.  Flipping through pages a knight of Salvus walks into the room with a few Shields to either side of him.  Lancel looks up to the Knight and lets his eyes linger on the men standing there for a moment before addressing them.

"Yes?" He says lightly

"Your Highness, there is reports of White Rose terrorizing the new book seller in the capital.  Addressing the White Rose about their villainous crimes."  The knight responds, his helmet making the words barely audible.  Yet Lancel gets the message fine enough.

Lancel then sighs and puts his hand into his forehead before speaking with his head down, "We can't do much from Kingston, I'm to spread thin with these patrols to the Nation's crossing and in the Emperor's Forest.  She'll just have to tough it out for now.  Send her my regards to ask her if we can be of any assistance otherwise."

The Knight is then dismissed and he begins to walk for the Ravens, readying to send them to the scholar.

Baron Hadrien de Sarkozy receives the letter as all messages to his nephew's office pass through his own unless otherwise stated.

Scanning the letter, he scowls and gives a contemptuous shake of his head, promptly dropping the missive in his fireplace, ensuring Arjen will never get it unless multiple copies are sent.

He mutters to himself inanely. "I shall deal with Adeon myself."

The Knight returns to Lancel's chambers, bearing a letter in response to his words.

"Your Majesty;

Your word carries great weight where ever it travels serrah, a word only, amongst your family or friends would bring would outweigh even my loudest protests. Please serrah, I wish to stand here on the ground I've made, anything that you could fathom would be as the Creator's mana raining upon my store.

Sincerely,

Myoni Hartsdottir

Ser Borric Tyrus, Sheriff of the Capital, reads this one of the letters, and frowns deeply. He returns to the Knight keep and pens a response:

Dear Myoni Hartsdottir,

I implore you to Contact me about the villainous Activities in the capital, as it lies within my jurisdiction, name me the perpetrators  or meet with me, and I shall deal with them, as is my duty as Sheriff of the Capital.

In the Highest Regards,

Peter looks onto the letter with great disdian, letting out a small chuckle afterword as well. Flicking his gauntlet up in the air, he motions Arthal Lowedge to his side. "Oi! Arthal! Gett'ah load ah' dis'one!"

The Knight Commander's finger slowly drapes over the words 'Commander Arjen' letting out a loud burst of a chuckle, following by the laughing of Arthal as well.

After an immense amount of laughing is had, Peter wipes a small tear that had draped over his eye. His hands trembling with laughter, he points toward the door to signify an order.

"Go- go get Arjen. T-tell 'im abou- about dis!" The saying staggered and ripe with laughter.

After a short moment, Peter finally regains his composure. Shaking his head at yet another piece of faceless slander toward the Rose.

"Extortion and properteh' theft! Better add tat' too the list as well!"

Malis spies the letter and thinks back to a few days earlier when he watched Roses take from some Elves. With sheer distaste for the Roses he spits out "Serves those bloody thieves right. Some one needs to either cleanse them of their criminal members or be dispelled entirely..." he continues on his way, with a smile on his face as he can't wait to tell the others what other shenanigans the Roses committed again.

A letter arrives on the desk of the High Treasurer, Patrick Denims, addressed from Myoni.

Dear Serrah,

It has come to my attention that you sold my bookstore to an officer of the White Rose. I simply wish to alert you to the previous purchase and current usage of said property. Ser Charles Greymane purchased the Bookstore from Lord Throdo Theirving four Elven days past, and donated it to my cause. The day that you and this White Rose soldier visited my store to purchase it, I was in the process of creating the signs, and scribing books, which as I'm sure you know is a long process.

I deeply regret that confusion came to past but I have to question the reason of this man's purchase of my store. Recently he attempted to extort goods from me, and when I denied him, he threatened me with violence and insulted my virtue by naming me a *****. I ask that you destroy his record of purchase, what you do with his payment is of your concern but I would not chastise you for keeping it in exchange for his deception. If you do not believe my words in the matter you have no more than to speak with Lord Throdo, Ser Charles, or Ser Uthor about my claim to the property of this bookstore.

I also request the name of this individual for the reporting of his violence and criminal behavior in my store.

Sincerely,

Myoni Hartsdottir

Another letter, arrives to the desk of Ser Borric, from no other than everyone's beloved keeper of books.

Serrah;

I would love more than anything on this green earth to name these villains who besiege me. Alas, they spare their tongues of names when in my presence, one however I am certain of, Adeon. The other I will know of most soon from the High Treasurer as he made the foolish mistake of mentioning his false purchase of my store. I hope these villains are strapped and whipped for their transgressions against the people of Oren.

Sincerely,

Myoni Hartsdottir
