In the middle of night the candle light glows in Godfrey study, Godfrey dips his writing feather in the ink holder as he writes the last words on the scroll that lay on the table the candle light slowly fading as he finishes. Gently folding the letter he sends it off with a messenger.

Braxis walks along one of the many roads of Anthos, he looks up to the sky pondering on many things, family  the Clerics, and the Nation he help give birth to, and watch it form into the old nation and later, to an Empire. He smiles softly as he ponders on the past as he remembers  many good memories of Renatus and old Oren and proud of what it has become. He shrugs in his armor, in the same armor he wore years ago when the young man came to him and promised aid to Renatus. Only this time, it was adorn in Clerical Symbols of the many Patrons he used to listen to, but now only one would listen, and here and there was House Silverblade symbols such as the one upon his neck. Not wishing to forgot of what he forged years ago in Aegis, such as the Kingdom Renatus he help made when the Corrupt King Enor took power and forsaken his people, his successor only to do the same in their  time of need. He shakes his head as he walks over to a lone tree and rests under its shady leaves. He removes his helment his once light and young brown hair now looking more aged, his light goatee now a full grown beard. He sets his Warstaff on his lap as a young Messenger looks to Braxis offering him a letter. Braxis raises a brow as he takes the letter from the boy shooing him off once the boy departed he begins to read.

He smiles widely to himself remembering the day, the beardless nineteen year old boy walking up to the Renatus Gate as Braxis was about to lead the few knights of Old Oren to a drill to hold of what they had left of their kingdom, their livihood, their home safe from the nations that wished to see them dead. Due to King Tarus' Action's against them, and how that king fled just like the one he rebelled against  He reaches into his satchel and takes out a scroll and a fine peaice of coal and begins to write a letter in return.

"Have the years have passed already? To turn that young man into the elder you speak of now? If so much time has passed my friend, I remember the days, I rose to the call of duty to defend my home and my people. I had to put my chances of being with my son and wife at risk for the nation I help create from old Oren, and even more to help ye rebuild old Renatus. I counted the days until I thought when we would all fall, one by one and the chances for the true sons and daughters of Oren would be lost, forever. But then that young man came with the traits ye spoke of and slowly day by day, restored the kingdom. In an Elven week we were at peace, only a few skirmishes happened with the orcs. And after that we had our land returned by the Hansetian's. I was happy to see our kingdom back to its original power, but it lacked the leadership to make it whole on the inside.

At least until ye came along that was. I saw how ye brought up an old, form of Nobility back with Dukes, Counts and Barons at first many objected the idea. But with the order, Land and peace it brought it was agreed upon easily. And many who fled our Kingdom for thier saftey even for thier greed slowly returned, some great men who simply fell to weakness, and some lesser men. I have always watched from the sides to watch one of the nations I was lucky to give birth to as to say. And I have always felt happy and my mind settled as I watched it grow back into Oren. I watch Hanstei bend a knee, something I thought I would never see. I saw The Salvus kingdom be taken under Renatus' Care with their kings treaty. I saw Seventis openly says "We wish to be part of Renatus!" and with that, Oren was Reborn, our homelands restored. I also remember how you brought the orcish raiders to a halt with a simply meetings as when I tried in the past it only brought temporary peace only to be broken.

I pray to the Creator and to the Patrons that still speak to us, as I always have. And we all do fear the creators judgement in the end do we not? For as we all think what we do is for a noble or just cause only he can say if it was or was not. But do not fret my friend once you go I will see you soon, as I know my time is coming to an end itself, I have lived through Aegis and its horrors and even Asulon, I do not know how much longer my blood will take me but I feel myself aging. But I will remember that day when that young half elf with a shadow of a beard in full knightly armor  greeted that young boy, with no beard and noble dreams. And I will never forget your service to our people, may the Creator and Patrons bless you old friend. Oh and how is my Cousin "Lil' Roy Uthor Silverblade doing? I hope he carries my old titles well and proud as others have in the past."

The scroll finishes up with such

-Your Friend, Braxis Silverblade knight of Old Oren.
