The Second Ultimatum.

A light chuckle comes from the growing crowd, giggling a bit obnoxiously as those curious enough turn, a hooded half masked woman sits, looking at the people as she says loudly.

"All of you run about, scamper along while, under your eyes a visage of flame grows unprecedentedly bigger in the forests of Malin. You all are the sparks that cause the inferno to rage, with talks of treason and infighting.. These are not the ways of Malin, you all make me sick.."

The woman spits onto the ground as she sighs, looking directly at Rhazev through her mask and hood, tilting her head as she stands up, about seven foot tall. She points directly at him, smiling as she then speaks again.

"Malin would be proud of you, but at the same time he would be ashamed of its people who are too ignorant... too blind to see the truth. We are all brothers and sisters, and we should all work together to fix the biggest errors in our lives, yet we quarrel like fawkin' humans, why not even make it complete?! Why not just start gutting everyone in your path, whats a few heads on PIKES to Malin's children?! And aspects and creator forbid if we the people of Malin try to solve this peacefully, I know what you want..

You want the council to burn, one way or another. And I have one thing to say to that"

Kyral removes her hood, revealing half a burned face, opening her eye as an ashen gray eyeball appears, looking dead at Rhazev as she points her finger to him again.

"Be careful, because when you fan the flames too much, the flames bite back."

I believe I will answer you, whether you want me to or not.

What methods are these? I see no methods, only the regurgitating of points that have already been discussed, and slander that you have yet to back up with any credible points of your own. You speak of your work, yet I have seen no improvement from the High Council, only the worsening of our once great Princedom. Do I feel this is the only approach? No, I do not. Though I feel it is the one we must take if we are to make any progress to improvement.

Focuses his attention on Kyral, and grimaces slightly when she reveals her face;

"I understand what you say, but not the ways of Malin? I disagree. We have never been a truly peaceful nation, and we have always had our hand in the affairs of the world until now. We once sought to only fight when in defence, and it is now that we must defend ourselves, and our home of Malinor from the council that once sought the help us. We have not been united, not truly, since the beginning of Asulon. This council has not only driven out my fellow Dark Elves, they have done nothing to bring them or the High Elves back.

I do not wish to fan the flames. These people are not weapons to be used in combat. They are Malinor. Without them this place would be nothing, and  they are the one reason that Malinor still lives on today. I wish to extinguish the flames of the High Council, and I do wish that these people do too.

Kyral shakes her head, just smiling as she points to objects around Rhazev, smiling as she then focuses her attention back to the man in front of him, grinning at his Grimace.

"Oh, does my face bother you more then anything? Or is that face a face of self realization, knowing full well that I'm right. You may not WANT to fan the flames, but what your doing right now, calling everyone around to you, calling out the council like this, is fanning the flames. High Treason is nothing to justify by the acts of a single man, who or what is motivating you to be so brazen, so bold?

You already know who I am, so we don't need to go into that. What you should know that I have fought in countless fights to create an environment in which everyone was happy and taken care of, known to all as Aeroch Nor. Sure, it worked, but there was always someone bitter and unhappy with the inner workings, someone who wanted to be big and bad and change ALL THE RULES for themselves, tell me, and be honest..

When the High council, low council and military abandon their positions, whats stopping the Orcs from coming here? Whats stopping the White Roses?! This council is needed to hold Malin's ground."

Kyral seems agitated, even passionate now as she continues.

"The High council has made it known that threats like this will not go unpunished, that all who try to cause riots in the streets of Malin's forest will be banished, or even executed unceremoniously. You know what? This may be good, you can continue to speak of change of a massive, idiotic, undiplomatic scale, or you can go to the High council and speak this out like a true Elf that I damn well know you are!

Blowing horns, making public announcements? Treason!? I fecking LEFT OREN because of all of that crap, and LOOKIE HERE!~ You come on your high horse, and blow a damn horn that wakes me up from my peaceful sleep, and I have to hear your bitching and moaning about wanting change!

You know what I have to say about that?

BE THE CHANGE!"

Kyral seems to be angered for whatever reason, panting a bit under her mask as she raises her hands in the air, giving a glare to Rhazev as she scowls.

"You have the right ideas, but you're going about it the wrong way, all you're doing is becoming an attention seeking child, and until you confront your issues personally, I as a person will not be swayed by fancy footwork and ideals of a brighter future."

*looks at the man

You claim not wanting to fan the fire, however you seek to bring a war of nations, you do not understand what war this brings. If you bring a war to Malinor soil the white rose will protect their interests and join this war slaying us all.

You claim war on a city with no military only a guard force. I do not understand what slaying helpless people will bring. Since aegis we have been a safe haven for those who do not wish for war, you forsake that by bringing death.

Your party makes claims of restoring Malinor to its golden age of aegis, I would like to see this aswell but you contradict your statement by wishing to remove things that made Malinor great. These are things such as the high council that you wish to turn into a democracy. I urge you to put down your weapons and stop the threats sit down with the high council and discuss what's best. Why must we be divided because of race. In aegis you were distinguished because of achievements not due to being a high, dark, wood elf

Let us all fall under one banner and deal with issues as the first high prince did

*Vanir snarls at the last one to speak, angered by his apparent lack of information on the situation.*

"Don't you think we have tried that? You think this is fun for us? Nay, this is our last resort. We have tried everything else. No one listens, or if they do they merely feign it and press on unmolested. We are criticized for threatening to take matters into our own hands, but our hand has been forced by the High Council - and so they are forced out by themselves and their own actions."

*He turns to the one with the burned face, undisturbed by the mark. He has seen far worse.*

"Be that change...is that not what we are trying to do? Become Mali that no longer cower before oppressors and delude ourselves into thinking that this is the way? Look around! The other nations approach, slowly but surely.  The White Roses barricade our paths, and attempt to charge a toll.  This is not the Malinor that is strong... The Mali are strong at heart, so why is Malinor weak? Because of those who run it.
And so we are to fix it. And so we are forced to resort to this because our concerns went unheeded until we threatened. Is a state where the people must threaten to take power from their rulers in order to get them to listen one that is right?"

Addressing the man be states, I may have not have been here long but I understand what's happening.

*pulls a poster down

Read this the council has asked for meetings yet you refuse to acknowledge instead ignoreing them and prepareing for a war.

A true elf knows their is always another way besides war. Even when dealing with Orcs

As to the barricades, godfrey did not approve their existence he did not want them their the white rose take advantage of him! He is sick for malins sake.

You then go and say they have done nothing, this is a true lie, the toll has stopped and per treaty they are only searching for weapons, who do you think did this? The high council did yet you ignore what they have done for the good.

"Who or what is motivating me? The current state of Malinor is motivating me. The fact that the notices are torn down left, right and centre when anyone speaks out. The fact that the council do nothing to stop this again shows that they are incompetent leaders, and they have no control over their own men. The Orcs won't come here because of their war with the Dwarves. I do not intend to have empty seats for long. The voting process would be swift, and things would hopefully be back to normal in a short while. A council is needed to hold Malin's ground, just not this council.

If the High Council would like to speak with us, they may. Whereas these threats can be followed through, diplomacy is always an option. Yet I do not see Kolyat here, nor do I see any of the High Council attempting to reach out to us. Military action has been a possibility, and not once have I threatened to come into Malinor and burn down anyones home, or pillage the city. As for being the change, that's what we are doing. If you do not agree with how we go about it then that is your opinion. An attention seeking child is what I am is it? Then what does that make you? You stand there with your hood up, and dramatically throw it down to reveal your burned face. Bravo. What a wonderful performance that was. If I am an attention seeking child, then you are an attention seeking woman."

Turns to the other who spoke;

"You said but moments ago that the White Rose would be fighting on the council's side if it came to a battle. A guard force is a military either way you look at it, and I do not claim war. It is a possibility, as it always has been. Violence was never made certain in my earlier speech, it was just suggested. We do not wish to remove things such as the High Council and High Prince, those things are as much a part of Malinor as we the Elves are, we wish to remove the people who are currently in these positions."

*Vanir gives the one who shows the poster a spiteful glance.*

"Your ignorance and blind defense of what we oppose is one of the reasons we are forced to act such.  That is the very thing I spoke of.  They feign interest in our opinions after we show signs of being completely fed up with their farce.  Too little, too late.  A grasp for the edge of the pit they dug themselves as they tumble into the darkness of their own mistakes.

As far as the wall, you honestly expect us to just let it happen because the leader of the Roses is 'sick'?! That is unimportant, anyways.  All in all, it's just another brick in the wall.
I apologize for my harsh words, but I know the situation as it stands.  You try to say I do not, but you yourself are the ignorant one."

"It seems as though you are nothing more than a silver Tongued snake... worming at the minds of those already grief stricken with false claims and war mongering ways... I can see now why you would abandon your own kin, you're not even fit for most Human courts in the way you act."

*Shaking his head he turns to move to the back of the crowd*

*Vanir stills his tongue, not daring to speak harshly against Blundermore.  His reputation precedes him, and Vanir is not the one to challenge that.  Instead, he speaks quietly.*

"Do you live by the council's rules? Do you know of our pain? Do you know of how we have tried so much, and have been pushed to the edge? You might say different if you did..."

Tahar sees gathered people in a square. Comes closer and starts listening to people shouting to each other. Finds a moment when nobody is speaking and stars talking.

"You are no better than those bloodthirstily Valah. Firstly you come and threaten with foreign armies and then try to talk about the peace. Also who will stop Oren or other nation from simply taking over Malinor when they take down our councils?

This is our problem and it will be solve by our people. We do not need any foreign armies boots in our land.

Anybody who tries to bring death to our lands should be arrested and exiled from our lands no mater who he is. As much I am concerned you my by bribed by those white rose Valachs to foment disagreement between our people."

OCC:(Stop whining about Malins. As long mobs drop minas they are no better than Malins)

Kyral sighs, giving Rhazev a cold glare as she says

"I only took my hood down because its rude to talk with it up, I'm done here, If I hear that horn blowing again, I'll make sure it becomes a part of you."

Kyral moves to the back of the crowd, as she stops near Blundermore, smiling as she says.

"Interested in some tea and cake? If so follow me."
