That has not actually happened that often, most people on both councils don't approve of it, and the high council has even ordered that it stop. Which it has.

Speak with a High Council member or ask someone on the lower council to ask a High Council member, do note that renting it may not be an option or at least it can't be permataly.

How would one rent the Malinorian Auditorium?

If it merely its use requiring nothing altered with perms anyone is free to use it, however it is recommended to talk to a high council member just so we are aware of it being used. And of course if it is an event this is also highly recommended so that attention can be brought to it to help with turnouts.

Also, what would be reasoning or incentive to deal/trade in Malins (aren't they utterly worthless outside of Malinor?)? Lastly, is it possible to convert Malins to Minas, or no (this wasn't possible before when Malinor was pretty much in economic ruin and Malins were worthless)?
