((Not as well as Leon, but, you can be called lowlanders. You have Leon, which adds a large amount of badarsery. Leon, the badarse non-Adunian. I like it :D))

(( Highlanders Vs. Orenian Lowlanders. Myself and Axl run the Highland Clans, Owl and Minea run the lowlanders. ))

((Might I ask what of the Highlanders you lead? As i'm sure you have misunderstood))

Rymeul sits at the Salvus bakery staring grimly in deep thought. He looks round the bakery and sighs, "I know now what I must do."  Taking a piece of paper from his pocket and begins writing.

Dear Father, I am sorry to tell you this, but I cannot join you in your want of the Adunian
throne.  Lachlan Mor Elendil is Artorus’s grandson who has come to take up his grandfather’s mantle.  I have met him and I believe he is much more like his grandfather than his father. I feel I have a obligation to Lachlan because Artorus is the one who raised me”.

Signed your Son,

Rymeul

Rymeul looks at the note then gives it to his hawk and sends it off to find his father.

Starke McHaryn was sitting quietly with Thorenir when a messenger hawk arrived. Thorenir read the message quickley his eyes darting back and forth with speed, without a word he passed it to Starke, his face set in a grim tone.

Starke took the message without complaint and read it slowly so nothing was missed out. His face maintained its constant neutral look and lack of emotions, the only facial movement being a slight raise of the eyebrows. Shaking his head he handed back to Thorenir, speaking up his raspy baritone voice broke the silence.

"They fall like chaff in the wind to Lachlan's hollow promises. The self proclaimed "king" may be many things but his tongue is wrought with silver. The weak minded have fallen Thorenir, and with them the respect I held for many Adunian clans."

Starke paused for a moment, his cleaved eye and scarred features horrible to behold in the candle light. He coughed very slightly and continued.

"They are fickle and weak Thorenir, if they are to break their oaths so easily then I say be done with them, I speak for all McHaryns when I say I do not want oath breakers for comrades. They have proven how much they honour their word, I call them out casts and cravens. No wonder we are looked on as weak by Orenians, they look at the weak minded oathbreakers and brand us the same. I was there when Lachlan accepted the title of Steward and in doing so Durendal, he is an oath breaker like the rest of his followers for simply proclaiming himself king. I am shamed to call myself Adunian knowing that I share the blood of so many who would tarnish our noble culture."

Starke paused once again his features set in a deep grimace of dissapointment. He spoke up one final time, his last words echoing within the small space, the emphasis on each word adding depth and character to show that he meant it with all his might, mind and soul.

"The McHaryn's have always been known for their honour and severe commitment to duty. I will not break that tradition now, we are with you Thorenir, until death or your release. I speak for my clan and the Grey Shirts, to die defending the last shred of honour our race has would be a path i'm more than willing to travel. My word is my bond".

Eoghan leans back in his throne, overlooking the large fire in the center of his hall. He begins to think to himself. The Rhodir and McHaryn are both my enemies, and I can say I hate them equally. Starke may have Oren behind him, but I give my respect to the Rhodir as there was one thing they could do that Starke never could. .  he wiggles the stub that used to be his left arm, as Torrah walks in. She twirls in circles, holding up the broadsword Eoghan gave her. "Torrah." he calls her over. She waddles over, lowering her new broadsword. He leans over to pick her up, and setting her on his lap. "Repeat after meh: Starke is a filty, evil, fish fawkin' scunnin' child eater. An' I'll stay way frum' 'im"
