Unidentified Man Washes Ashore On Salvus River Bank

*As walking past the farms of Salvus you see a man with severe burn from his left arm to lower cheek and stab wound to the leg. He is not responding but is breathing. You notice a small crowd gather, he seems to be of Naval affairs due to his uniform. As you look at a young man he mutters quietly coughing "F***ing roses.....", and then a few words that are not understood, followed by him not responding again.(not dead)

A goblin looks at the man and begins giggling at him, he then turns around and waddles off.

Tobias shakes his head while placing his index finger and thumb on the bridge of his nose.

"And another one hates the roses. Not much of a surprise here."

Tobias turns to walk on his way, slowly beginning to lose faith in the men of Salvus.
