Petition For Trial: Octavio Adrianus Vs. White Roses(Sir Adeon)

*Letter is sent to the Court of Oren*

 

Student of Law Liu Chen(Human/Elf) of Malinor now Salvus,

 

Captain Octavio Adrianus, of Leftenburg vs. Sir Adeon, of the White Roses & White Rose Org.

 

List of Laws broken by Adeon of the White Roses, under the supervision of fellow roses and even a Grand Marshal of Oren, where he was brought for negotiations in the future of the Oren Navy. In fear for his life Octavio Adrianus fled to an unnamed Dwarven Hold for his protection. During the attack Adeon agreed to no weapon duel or tricks, but Adeon used a dagger and magic on a honest Oren and servant to the Empire in the Navy. Adrianus has been stabbed, and burned 40% of his body, and his only way of escape was jumping into the river. Several other members of the White Rose's will be added at a further note, but the Grand Marshal will not be questioned, due to his not knowing what the other conspired.

 

What Liu Chen Law Firms demands is:

-Adeon and Fellow member of participating group receive equal punishment to Octavio's suffering. 

-A sum of payment will be payed to Octavio for damaged to his being.(burns, stab wound, and fractured leg from jumping off wall to escape)

-An additional sum will be payed to Octavio for the violated rights of a freeborn Oren Citizen, and man of Officer rank in Navy.

-Adeon will marked with the symbol of Adrianus's flag ship on his cheek, so everyone knows his crime.

 

 

We Request:

-An armed guard if the case goes to court.

-White Roses, be out of Area as well for the protection of my client.

 A courier places a firm knock on the wooden door with iron trim, above, a well decorated sign saying simply, "Our Chancellor". He lets out a quick and approving tone of voice, "Yea", in response. A man dressed in pleated black robe, with a small red cross in the center enters the room, removing his simple cap and lowering his head. With a few steps forward he approaches the desk and slides a small letter on it, and steps back, looking up towards Alexander if as to wait for a response. 

 

Alexander fumbles with a coin in his right fingers, retrieved from his coat pocket, and with the other hand he uses a small blade to open the wax seal. As he reads over the document, a brow raising shows a pique of his curiosity, and he smiles just barely, laying the letter down. He jots a quick note down on a spare piece of parchment with a charcoal pencil, and folds it tightly, using a nearby red candle's wax to seal it. He slides it to the side of his desk and motions the courier over, he flips a single coin flat against the letter as well. "To the same address. A dious, Geraldes."

Liu Chens notes:

-visited Rose Checkpoint. Writes note of encounter with the White Roses, with Adeon in presence.

-Apon hearing the captains name, an agressive tone of denial and threats emerged from the white roses mouth.

-Threatened with life I fled the encampment of men.

-Witness "Secret Secret" was present during the actions

"Mr. Adrianus, wishes to drop the charges against Adeon, due to not wanting the small situation to obstruct the larger conflict in Malinor. He wants Unity and the Roses to only focus on Malinor, which he says he will support throughout the conflict. He will although recommend the court notice, if anything should happen to himself the White Roses should be prime suspect.
