"seeking Treasure Hunters & Adventurers!"

A new note has been placed just above the Monk donation bread chest. The note has been written in great haste and excitement and reads as follows:

 

"Seeking Treasure Hunters & Adventurers!

 

I, Q'mess, Founder and Leader of the Guilded Compass, extend to all the chance of a lifetime: Buried pirate treasure! I have in my possession a map that, should we follow it's trail, will no doubt result in us happening upon   riches unimaginable. Within one Elven day of placing this note, the guild shall set off, so be sure not to be late! When you hear the horn's call, know that we are beginning our march!

 

You can find the Gilded Compass camp by following the road east, straight out of the temple. We have four lovely carts inside the camp. You can't miss it!

 

 

 

PS: Elderly, infant, weak, and/or sick treasure hunters need not apply."

 

 

OOC Information:

 

Treasure hunt! This event will take place on SATURDAY, March 30th at 5 PM EST, which I believe is 9? PM GMT, and like 5-9 AM for the Australian crowd. I'm probably wrong though.

 

All are welcomed to come! From veteran to newbie, Elf to Orc, all are invited. 

 

If you do come, I ask that you try and not cause much conflict. These events are aimed towards new players so I'd like for there to be as little /ooc arguing and conflict as possible!

 

If a GM would like to help out with this, that'd be lovely. If not, I'll probably make a /modreq in-game during the event.

Delaying Treasure Hunt event till next Saturday due to extreme lag, the war, and to make the event even better. Sorry folks.

Radec walks up to the notice, treading lightly on the smooth surface of the Cloud Temple floor. Pulling his hood off and leaning in close to the notice, he reads through the note. "Pirate treasure, huh..."

 

Smirking to himself, he jots down the few details he needs on a small section of unmarked skin on his arm with a piece of charcoal.
