Please don't jump the defensive at me for trying to help, I don't like it and it makes me feel bad for pointing out truth and facts... Not to mention it's rude :(  

I say this because of several reasons, not because I want to get ahead or to be cruel. But because you're rping in a way that makes you think you have more power than you actually do. Here are my reasons ; 

 

1) If you were legitimate, Horen wouldn't have tried to kill you

2) If you held the title people would give you a tad more respect

3) You were conceived out of wedlock 

4) Have heritage from a race that is seen as dirty within Oren. 

 

I'm not trying to be b*tchy but you're thinking you're holding something when in actual fact you don't. You're bastards because of several reasons -

I hate to break it to you, but due to the fact you are seen as an abomination  etc, you don't hold anything. This can only be changed by the Emperor, Who must legitimize you, which has been done once before. This is why you are being sent to train under the white rose and are publicly scorned/ people want to beat you and kill you when they see you. 

 

If I'm wrong and Mogroka; the Emperor, says otherwise, I will gladly apologise but until then, the fact remains, you cannot be listed under royalty because you're not.

I'm fairly certain Garth still holds his title of Prince. I've seen him mentioned fairly frequently in RP while in Salvus, and he's always referred to as "Prince Garth" when I hear it. I'm fairly certain he is still considered a Prince. But anyways, that's not why I'm commenting.

 

I think some of the knightly rankings of some of the White Rose knights are incorrect. I know Bran Volsung is a Knight Lieutenant, and therefore should be Great Ser Bran Volsung. Also, he had a matrilineal marriage, so technically he is Bran Valois-Volsung, although I don't think he usually uses that name. I'd suggest contacting SKiddles or Sheumgal about the knightly ranks of all the Roses.

As one of the people who organize the noble and royal listing of the empire no you are not to have the title as you two were born/mother was pregnant before marrige and the Church OR Emperor needs to legitimize you two your father and his grandfather can not

I understand precisely how that works, however in the last post only the holders of the titles themselves were listed, their consorts being considered an otherwise unmentioned extension of themselves. Unless it's stated quite clearly that Elene is married to Uthor, it gives the impression that there are two different Silverblade duchies.

 

When a woman marries a landed nobleman, she gets the consort (Not regnant!) version of his title and vice-versa.

It is Ager, The marshland next to it, the Greymarsh swamps and the Owl County if memory serves correct.
