It has come to our attention that abomination have been walking our streets, these creatures are an upfront to god, I have been told of sightings of a seven foot human walking around the streets. That can only occur threw demonic possession. Furthermore there have been sightings of diabolically strong humans reaching the strength of giants. Lastly there have been sightings of humans that can outrun a horse and can jump as high as fifteen feet, and can be so agile that you can never catch or see him properly. 

 

All of these people must be captured as they are abominations of evil demonically mutated beings. A Priest must oversee there termination as he needs to be there so he can release the original spirit that was in place before the demon caused the suffering.

((I'm fairly certain that needs a signature by the new Privy Seal, not the Emperor. Could be wrong though.

 

Also, this is a very good way to get rid of these "super-humans." Next perhaps you should hunt for the humans who seem to never age.
