Referendum Of Ambassadors.

Down in the library of the newer high elven city Lin'evaral, a new referendum seems to be made and it is written neatly as someone used time on this.

"Referendum of ambassadors.

Much time has passed since we had contact to the kha, for long they have been our allies as Haelun'or and we should once again have such bonds to the kha. In some sense they owe us a favor for back then we did house them. As for speaking to the kha about the ambassadors I will suggest myself (and any in a small number that wish to follow) should speak with Tla'Morthawl, since Soher is yet to be chosen and my knowledge on the kha culture and last but not least my relation to the Tla. But that is only if this is passed.

Shaking his head as he reads, he places his hand on his chin, and rubs it slowly. He quickly begins to write a short response in clear, neat penmanship.

 

"It would be illogical for the Okarir'tir, the harbinger of our law, to be away in Kha-land for extended periods. I vote for a representative, yes, but not that of Mr Calith."
