While feasting upon pies made of summer cherries in his frozen halls of Karirdmarr, Kardel is interrupted by a small dwarf robed in black, carrying a wanted poster. 

 

 

Kardel snatches the paper from the hooded dwarf, scanning it, his amber eyes moving vigorously, taking in the paper's contents. He crumples the paper up, and throws it into the lit hearth, the fire roaring with pleasure as it is fed. He turns to the hooded lad, and speaks, taking a pause from all the pie and ale.

 

"Ah've gut nae'fin ta du wif dis. Unleh cause ah 'elped en un little rebellion, yer gunna make me un anarchist? Rid uv all dese paypers, spread mah werd, an' possibly, kill anyun w'o dares ta speak uv meh as un anarchist. Ah wunt da persun dat send dis lettah eut dead as well, ah dun care iv 'e be da head-gigolo uv all dem hoi elves, ah wunt dat fecker dead, 'is flayed body broug't ta meh, ya 'eard? Ah wus nevah an' nae am un part uv dis!"

 

The cloaked dwarf nods, as he exits the building to spread Kardel's word. Meanwhile, Kardel returns to his pie and ale, bloating himself with sweetmeats and expensive treats.

Vierna walks up to one of the posters, she groans "I knew I should have left along time ago..." She frowns, tightening her fist "Idiot she was..." She attempts to escape the city without anyone catching her.
