I hereby propose a the following law to deal with the ever growing problem of the infestation of growling beasts spreading through the cihi.

 

FERAL BEAST POLLUTION ACT

All 'tamed' beasts within the city must be stored within a special kennel area to be constructed within the cihi. It is every Mali'aheral's duty to execute any beasts left wandering the city, to prevent the spread of disease, animal dung and the constant growling sound.

 

All wolves must either be following their owner or within the kennel building. All other wolves within the cihi walls (or atop the cihi walls, as is often the case) shall be executed.
 

I have discussed this law with you before, I believe, and would like it to be considered by the Triumvirate.
