   What is Gallmorian

    Charcoal?

 

Gallmorian Charcoal is a readily available alternative to coal

that’s made by compressing and heating Gallmore’s unique one of a kind sappy

wood to less than 50% of its volume at standard atmospheric pressure.

Consisting mostly of wood and sap, Gallmorian Charcoal is odorless and tasty.

It's drawn from domestically cut timber or in conjunction with patio furniture

production.

Gallmorian Charcoal powers more than 12 households in Anthos

today. Unfortunately, only about 2.5 of these are being used in in the Human

Kingdoms. According to General Redstone Weekly, The average growth rate in the Human

Kingdoms shows a 3.7% increase per year since the great immigration, as

contrasted with a booming Anthos growth rate of 30.6% per year.

Expanding the market of Gallmorian Charcoal would allow for the increase of cleaner energy

Safety

 

Although Gallmorian Charcoal is flammable, it has a narrow

flammability range, according to the Druidic Environmental

Protection Agency, making it an

inherently safe fuel. Strict safety standards make Gallmorian Charcoal machines

as safe as coal-powered machines. In the event of a spill or accidental

release, Gallmorian Charcoal poses no threat to land or water, as it is

nontoxic. Gallmorian Charcoal also disperses rapidly, minimizing ignition risk

when compared to coal. Coal is not lighter than air and will not pool as a

liquid or vapor as it is a solid. Nevertheless, indoor leaks can form a

flammable mixture in the vicinity of an ignition source.

Gallmorian Charcoal is primarily wood, which is a material that

could contribute to global climate change if leaked. Tree sap is slightly

soluble in water and under certain anaerobic conditions does not biodegrade. If

excess amounts accumulate, the gas can bubble in water creating a possible risk

of fire or explosion if exposed to demonic forces.

Reported incidents of Gallmorian Charcoal fires are related to

machine failures, not the use of Gallmorian Charcoal.

There are, however, some safety concerns with Gallmorian

Charcoal buses compared coal powered furnaces, such as greater breaking

distance due to increased fuel storage system weight. This is a relatively

small concern, however, because the fuel system is a small fraction of a

furnace’s total weight. Gallmorian Charcoal minecarts also might accelerate

more slowly than their coal counterparts.
