Upon closer inspection, the words written upon the paper are in an eye-catching gold, and written in a rough (perhaps slightly hurried) over-sized handwriting. We, as loyal and pure citizens of elhaelun'or SHALL NOT ALLOW THIS TO STAND. Former Sohaer and literature enthusiast LUCION SULLAS is creating a crack inspection team to track down malcontents who would desecrate the tranquility of intellectual enlightenment! This humble writer requests those whose blood is the handiwork of blessed Larihei to VOLUNTEER for home-inspections around the city to track down those who would greedily hoard tomes supplied for all!
