The Krughai

The Krughai has been reformed by the first act of the Targoth, Pok’Ugluk. The Krughai has stood as a long standing military tradition for Krugmar through Aegis and Asulon, however in Anthos the Krughai grew weak due to poor organization and numbers. Now it is reintroduced to Krugmar and shall thrive again.

How to Join

Contact the Targoth, Buubztik'Lur [HELLFIAZz] through a sand rat or other type of creature or meet him in person at San’Pok-Wul in the old remains of Castle Grewyn. Otherwise, he will be at the Trog. However, if you do wish to join please fill out a small two question application for the convenience of the Targoth and Strigzbozz.

Payment and Loot

 

The Krughai is paid 20 Bone Tokens per Elven Week. This will increase as your Rank increases.

Payscale:

Grunt:  20 Bone Tokens

Berzerker: 25 Bone Tokens

Nob: 40 Bone Tokens
Strigzbozz: 60 Bone Tokens

 

In addition to the average salary, when we sack a city, any and all loot is fair game and goes to the looter, not to the Targoth, Strigzbozz, or Nobs. Any and all loot is yours for the taking.

 

Housing will be provided for Krughai members in San’Pok-Wul, formerly Castle Grewyn, for constant observation and expeditions into the North.

 

Training

 

Training will be held Once Every 2 Elven Weeks and will be mandatory if you wish to rank up. They will be at the most convenient time and will be posted on a separate message board.

 

The training sessions will be held in the harsh environment of the far North, usually involving hand to hand combat and agility training.

 

Ranks:

Targoth

Overseer of all Orcish Military activities. His word is law on these matters. Is one of the three members on the High Council.

 

StrigzBozz

The Targoth’s right hand. He is the second in command of the Krughai. Has the same responsibilities of the Targoth, minus the title. The StrigzBozz can gather hordes of Orcs to go on raids as well as conduct training exercises.

 

Nob

The Nobs are responsible for training the grunts of the Krughai. They are able to gather small warbands of Orcs and go raiding on their own accord.

 

Berzerker

The most common rank of the Krughai. Berzerker are the main fighting force of the Krughai. The position commands respect from those outside the Krughai but not from those above it. When the Targoth sees fit, a Berzerka can be promoted to Nob.

 

Grunt

Initiate Rank of the Krughai, remains this rank for the duration of three battles or training exercises

The Honorless

By the order of The Targoth, Pok’Ugluk, a second division of the Krughai is to be formed. This second division will also be based out of the fortress of San’Pafund [formerly known as San’Pok-Wul]. This division will be known only as The Honorless.

 

Pink skins, they are without our curse. They are not bound to their honor as we are. Our slaves currently only serve as weak, worthless laborers who do nothing but tend to our fields. However, we are wasting their potential. There are hundreds of men who can be of use to us with their blades all we have to do is catch them.

 

Ranks

*All ranks are translated into Orcish words, as to keep with our culture

Kritar [Captain] - The Captains of The Honorless. They are the most trusted by the Orcs. A Kritar does not necessarily have to be a slave, but can be a non-orc volunteer that has gone through the long process of becoming an Honorless.

 

Asgaja [Nothing/Worthless] - The main rank of The Honorless. Once The Honorless complete their training they will earn this rank.

Unbrokun - The initiate rank in The Honorless. Once a volunteer joins or a slave is captured, they will become an Unbrokun until they are broken and ready to ascend to an Asgaja.

 

Breaking

Once a slave or volunteer is chosen to become an Honorless, the process of breaking the Unbrokun of his or her will begins. By doing this the slave loses himself and becomes nothing but a soldier, reborn with only one purpose, to fight.

The process of breaking is complex and depends on the background of the slave or volunteer. Volunteers will have a different experience than a captured slave, as a volunteer will be more willing to follow through with the process of being broken than a captured slave might be.

 

Volunteering

If a pinkskin is bold enough to join The Honorless without being enslaved, then he or she may do so. This process is one of intense pain and trials, however the breaking process and mental turmoil that a slave might face can be avoided through tests of loyalty.

 

OOC

Basically, the Orcs have decided we want to throw another option out there for slave RP. We want to make it as enjoyable as possible and are only looking for people 100% willing to do this once they are enslaved. We will ensure that your RP is constant and enjoyable and that if at anytime you begin to feel uncomfortable in anyway, all you have to do is let us know and we’ll be out of your way.
