The Second Coming of the Great Fall

Gorum stands up from his seat, deciding it is finally time to return to his kin. His now completely grey lucious beard flows in the wind majestically as he stares from the emerald isles onto the lands of the Grand Kingdom of Urguan. Gorum waves one of his servants to help him down the stairs so he can visit his long parted kin.

" I shall be returning, after a long time gone. I shall return to my young life of being a warrior to attain my black beard once more! "

Gorum says, his young years showing in him. As his servant led him down the stairs, Gorum felt something was wrong. Flashbacks of his previous fall that caused him to leave kept returning.

" No... servant... don't let this happen. "

Gorum stumbles to the right, his life flashing before his eyes as he begins to slip on the stairs. His legs wobble as his servant struggles to keep him up. A gust of wind blows by, causing the servant to fall, subsequently causing Gorum to stumble forward.

" No... not like this. "

Gorum grips his heart as he falls down the stairs, painful memories of his last fall combined with flashbacks of his his entire life flooding his mind. He could not believe his life was about to end like this.

" These stairs will not take my life as it took my abilities! "

Gorum attempts to grip the railings but he was too powerful! The railings snapped in half due to the adrenaline pumping in his veins, causing Gorum to fall down the stairs once more... it was too late, far too late, his life was going to be over in a few moments.

" Servant! Before I hit the bottom of these steps, I want you to pass on all my belongings to Rosneal Frostbeard, let him distribute it to my children if they need it. Valdis, or Ogrim. "

Gorum relaxes as the bottom of the stairs begin to come into view, he grits his teeth in preperation for impact.

" FAREWELL!!!! "

A big bang is sounded off in Anthos as the sheer force of the great Gorum Frostbeard is flattened to a pile of blood and ale.

And so, it was the second coming of The Great Fall. This time it was a fatal blow, the life of Gorum Frostbeard the living legend is now a dead legend, but still a legend.

Olaf finds Gorum, sitting on the cold hard ground next to the dead warrior he once knew.

He removes two golden coins from his beard bead; he slowly and carefully closes Gorum's eyelids, laying the gold coins over the eyes of Gorum.

Bowing his head, he remembers the good memories he had, had with Gorum.
