Well... One good thing about this... I can go around making things look all nice and nature-y~

It is of important note that a house built outside of a kingdom has no protection from travelling marauders. Beware if you decide to build structures in the open plains. You never know when a raid might burn down your house and stomp on your farms.

I see this as quite realistic, I mean think about it;

You have to request the right to build on land, which doesn't belong to you and if you don't get the right to, and build anyway sooner or later the lord/lady of the land could demand this or that.

It opens up a lot of role play, but just like everything it has it's pros and cons.

Lets all just go with the flow, and see where it drifts us off to :)

Well, with the tight space on an island, I can understand un regioning, and it is nice to see that players can have a more interactive experience in Anthos, making it feel more a bit more minecrafty (which is how it should feel). With all the restrictions, it doesn't feel like a MC RP server sometimes, however it is also a shot in the dark. Who can say what players will do? This will be a good way to test the community's responsibility. Even though it is a risk, I would say that this is a good one, given that these areas will be kept a sharp eye on for a while, and there is a limit to how much you guys un region.

Perhaps it would be better to un region small parcels of land, and see how that goes first? Unless of course you were already doing that.
