Where Exactly Do I Go To Find The "wilderness"

Question's in the title. Where do i go to find places I can build, mine, find animals to hunt, etc?

There are a few places now. Almost everywhere in the dwarven and orc places you can build now. Mines you can find in every nation, but in most of them you need permission to enter it.

Or you can try the wilds, which is a whole huge island without perms where you can do anything,

In all honesty I will tell you in a friendly way that the Wilds is a bad idea. It's already crowded with buildings, and to top it off some would be kingdom has claimed half of it. You're better off asking for some farm land or something.

I believe a GM put in a wrong command a day or so ago and ended up killing every mob on the server. It's also possible they toned down the spawn rate because of the new plug in that makes fighting mobs a lot harder.

If you still want to find it after all this good advice has been given:

 

1: From Cloud Temple, follow the signs to the Gateway.

2: From there, go through and follow the path until you see signs for the "Anthos Crossroads".

3: Follow those signs until you come to a cross roads with arrows pointing left that lead to the Human/Elven Nations.

4: Take the Human/Elf paths and take your 1st Right. Should be quite close to the Cross roads.

5: Follow this path, if you pass the "GM Village" youre on the right path. (Quite a few mobs spawn here so be warned).

6: You should end up to a large Beach area. Follow the path til you find a dock. That Dock has a warp that takes you to the Wilds.

 

But personally I find the Wilds arent as Wild as they once were, and that joining a Guild or Group of some sort is a much better way of establishing yourself for getting resources. The Mines are a good way of getting Coal and Ores too.
