A Small Lore Addition... Aengudaemons!

So as many of you know, a month or more ago the lore for Aengudaemons was removed from the LotC Wiki, due to their removal from RP long ago and thus the lore being outdated. For this reason, the wonderful Lagomorphia, with the assistance of both the Lore Team and Staff, completely reformed it so that it would be ready to once more take a hold in RP! The lore is slick and new, and as any car dealership will insist on informing you, newer is ALWAYS better! Trust me, the internet said so :)

With that being said, does this mean you will suddenly start seeing these higher beings of myth and legend roaming the lands whimsically? Nay, this is merely the lore that has been accepted. However, in the near future (and no, not the "near future" that means "Three months from now" or "Whenever we feel like it"!), we WILL reintroduce them into the scope of the server. We will start out small of course, so you might see minor Aenguls and Daemons breaking news here and there, maybe more bountiful crops in one area or a random cult arising elsewhere, and then later on some familiar faces might begin showing up as well. With this being said, before any of you start wetting your pants with over excitement, do note that we currently do NOT have any plans for Aeriel or Iblees in Anthos, so do not expect to see them or you will only be disappointed!

Anyways, I'm sure you can all just give it a look yourselves, so here it is:

Aengudaemon Lore

Be sure to express your thoughts on this below, of course! Is this something that pleased you, does it frustrate or disappoint you, or do you truly not care one way or the other? Be sure to let us know :)

Actually playing them, probably rarely GMs with admin approval, although usually they tend to be background characters that aren't played. Guilds get made around them. Kha, Druids, Clerics, et cetera.

Who can play them for now? Not saying everyone should be able to play them, just would it be GM's Or ET's?

Currently, only GMs and Admins will have the ability to RP them, but they will not be able to do so on a whim. All RP related to Aengudaemons will have to be given the stamp of approval by Lore Team (or the Admins if it's a major Aengudaemon) so that they don't become common sights to see. They will also primarily only be RPed during events, though some of the minor ones might be found rarely here and there.

Mainly aengudaemons will act as they always have, as the unseen centrepiece of magical orders and cults and the source of their power, this just explains how. The intent was not to suddenly have loads of winging figures flying around.

"Aengudaemon" is the word used to describe both the Aenguls and Daemons collectively.

Yea, even rarely do my people agree with the kebab...

On another note, the God who created the Aenguls, Daemons, worlds, and Descendant races... is he a "wind it up, and let it free" being? Is he a deistic God? Is there even any lore on this, set in stone? I know that he did interfere in the world by sending armies of angelic beings after Iblees attacked the Descendant races (as is recorded in the lore we have, the very minimal creation account called the Origins of Magic I believe), so he can't be purely deistic. If there is lore on what he deems worthy of guiding, could it be relayed here, or could I be directed to it?

The reason we do not have clear cut lore for the motives of the Creator is so that it is left mysterious and so that people can come up with their own descriptions in RP (AKA religions). Maybe he watches everything with an all seeing eye and is responsible for everything that takes place in the world, or maybe he simply vanished long ago and went who knows where. Whatever suits you best I guess ;)
