Well, I would suggest you to play (if you are anything but 'murican due to silly timezones) a pure high elf of Lin'everal. I could give you more suggestions to the char but in general we got this big lovely guide.

If you're in any odd or strange time zone, I would suggest the high elves. If you want plenty of pvp and combat related rp, be an orc. If you want a balance between the two, be a human or dwarf. If you want balance yet leaning more so on the non-combat related, be a malinor elf( or a high elf in haelunor but I don't recommend this if you're not in their main time zones)If you want pure non combat related rp, be a halfling
