    Why is staff intervening on an affair that has been substantiated by an RP narrative. Every substantial or game-changing RP interaction nowadays inevitably contains a piece of OOC interaction (not everyday RP interactions ofc) and despite that, this Haelun'or takeover has been something rp'ed out if not weeks ago with their current government and Kiwi's character for however long more. 

     

    This isn't an excuse, but almost every war or attempt at a coup for the past 2+ years has been something motivated even by more OOC organization. Staff didn't care to intervene then, so where's the standard. If a majority of people are dissatisfied with an NL, they will rp it as so - there's no avoiding that it's how the server works. Why are they killing fun

    Let's not pretend to ignore either that previous regimes of Haelun'or are equally if not more guilty of ooc orchestration and blacklists lol

      and if this is the standard for activity being groundbreaking then all I can do is realise I'm a boomer who looks towards better pastures. Let the kids have their fun by breaking the complete spirit of roleplay and turning it into a malice ridden ooc puppeteering vindication. holding cheeky double standards of one playerbase and then excusing another. we should do better, we shouldn't be allowing this such a blatant ooc machination be approved as roleplay because of its malicious intent.

      @Monkee I complained about both very much the same, those part of those playerbases have heard an absolute earful from me. Especially the Oren Coup.

       

      I lobby and shout against people and playerbases that I think are fundamentally anti roleplay, and I'm sorry that you occasionally get hit by such.

      Even if the RP was valid, it was done purely for OOC reasons, not because it was the IRP decisions of the personas, so.. (At least that's my perspective, could be wrong.) I don't like RP that's done for OOC ends
