If one is found to hold slaves while in the Triumvirate of Rohauric, they shall be handed directly to the authority of the Rex. Where their punishment will be decided by Rex and his authority only. And any slaves shall be freed and granted citizenship if the now-Freeman desires. Guideline of Punishments If one is indeed found guilty of a crime in the Triumvirate of Rohauric, their punishment shall be decided by the Court of Law, or bestowed upon the Rex to decide if such a crime is found severe enough, such as owning Slaves or the abuse of a child. Capital Punishment, otherwise known as Execution, may be permitted if deemed necessary. But it is encouraged to only do such a thing if it is the last option that is fitting.
