Besides, looking at Elvenesse and Fenn’s — my favourite lair — activity, it’s clear where the majority of the alliance RPs. Elvenesse doesn’t exist save for remnants of the Rustlers, Fenn’s activity shows that Snow Elves — along with inactive Snow Elf settlements — will forever remain a culture on LOTC.
