Do you feel passion for roleplay? Do you think the server as a whole and not singular players serve that passion if so?

I do enjoy roleplay, but its more of a hobby and something to do when i have nothing to do.
Regarding the server, I don't think that you can have a passion to roleplay with them if everything takes a base off OOC, followed by the fact that character's personal hates and likes regarding other people or different elements of the server are completely based off OOC. I still remember a tabletop game that, even if people had personal hates and etcetera, they worked as a team on the game instead of a toxic, ridiculous "play to win on a RP server" behaviour.
There was no hate when players killed eachother with reason (Except if the master killed your character three times, which is why I've left one of the tabletops I've played. I remember aswell a master being a complete ******* to a lot of people, but he used to fullfill his paper and give the whole party an enjoyable and memorable experience. Even if he killed our characters, we didn't really care, because it was fun. LotC lacks the biggest aspect of a good roleplay game: Enjoyment and the ability of liking eachother.
Let me take a real example here. @Whimsylicious (aka Whimsycal). I mean, a lot of people might hate Whimsy because of the things he (or she... I'll use he, ok?) posts on the forum. He might kill your character, you might kill his character, this might have happened, but he's just a fellow roleplayer, just like all of us, looking to have some fun as we have a toxic behaviour based off his OOC personality traits. Its absolutely disgusting how people kill Whimsycal because "Oh, its Whimsycal" or "Oh, its mattthekid."
Its not even fun anymore, its personal now.
