Lulu is a woman who has given up 80% of her free time recently to a project for this server, and she is upset greatly by the idea that her work was for an organization that might allow bias and abuse to be done freely and without punishment.

Then I suggest you take those thoughts and make sure somebody who can figure something out gets them, and if you at all agree with that theme, then lend your support to it. Otherwise, no matter what time you devote, if you can't stand up against obvious bias and abuse, then no one is going to appreciate your work. The same applies for me. I can't expect anyone to enjoy 5.0 if I just ignore the players and their feedback and responses. It'll just be tainted with my unwillingness to stir the pot, and the cowardice that comes with it.

If I must write a dissertation on how this was a clear-cut case of bias and abuse for the administration team, then I happily shall.
