Unbeknownst to many, members of the FM team are human also. In a situation of distress, where alot is occurring and we must react quickly, we will seek the most evident status/posts/content to hide, in order to maintain a non-destructive setting where we are able to perpetuate a healthy environment, aiding all players to feel they are heard. Understandably, we all have different views, expectations and validations on certain topics and you cannot always make remarks that would cause unnecessary arguments. Speaking as a member of the FM team and not as the team whole, I attempt to gain information within an outburst so to seek the content that would be the mot harmful, in a general sense. Anew, we may not always agree upon the same punishments because we are all different. As stated previously, you should speak with the FM that issued the punishment if you do not agree with its reasoning; If you cannot do so, then you're to lead your message to the Team Lead, in this case, Dohvi.

We do not expect, nor only respond to constructive criticism at all. However, if you seek to aid us when addressing an issue that is relevant  to the situation you find yourself in, then by all means, it will be heard with inquisitive ears. As I stated previously, we are all humans trying to figure out what to do and where to go; leaving us at one point only, which is to attempt, at least, to understand eachother and speak as if we are all one community. All staff positions are voluntary and I speak for myself, along with many others, that we simply try to do our best.

Cookie, I received 2 warning points from PiercingDarkness for stating that his schism sect of Xionism is "not at all worthy of being a server antagonist" on a feedback thread about server storylines/antagonists because some memeingly suggested they would be good for that. Because apparently that is "being toxic" or something and "not constructive".

Then we've got this roleplay thread that quickly devolved into memes:

But oh look. there's an FM. adding...more non-RP ooc meme crap, which the FMs have repeatedly said in feedback threads is not allowed, apparently. Yet, there's an FM doing it.

Unfortunately if your team is so disjointed as to believe different things about the rules and interpret them so differently, because "you are all different", then there is a deep-seated problem with not only how the rules are written, but how your members are trained, and how the team is run. This is a deep-seated problem that can't be excused away with, "all the judgements are different because we, as people, are all different <3".

Its not even a dig on FM team members alone; Its a dig on the entire FM structure, including leadership, the authors of the Forum rules, upper management for not looking for improvements (admins, etc,) and on whatever training structure you use.
