    If a PVP team competition was hosted, 6 players per team, what would people prefer the theme to be? Elimination, capture the flag, collecting X amount of something, or something else? Or multiple? It would not be straight PVP but I do

      That seems more difficult to moderate/guarantee a win with via observation. If they have to physically go get the flag and drop it into their chest, you can see the timestamps if there is any dispute over who victored.

      The medic thing seems too complicated imo. Just give each team a chest of splash potions to distribute as they wish.
