Indeed - in the Church of Oren. I find it ironic that they are using the tongue of the Undead.

I've seen it all over, from religion to arcana, and as Ebs said necromancy. I don't think it has ever been fleshed out in lore though. A lot of people look down on it, for no apparent reason.
