      That is pretty much just the power of the mage. Tier 1 and 2 are apprentices, tier 3 and 4 are adept, tier 5 is master

    So if you self teach magic. Do you need the IC consent and OOC approval of an MAT member? Or Just OOC consent?

      I want to do to abandoned buildings what I did to the old VonSchlichtenCo building. Make it a lore centric adventure/dungeon zone that doesn't need staff involvement to work.

      Actually no. Teutons are still together OOC'ly and are creating something else under Mogroka's command. We still lead and hold the north. You just have to wait a couple days for the rest of the story to unfold.
