We're not on the new chat system yet. We're still on HeroChat, it was having issues with the update to 1.4. That is fixed now, I think.

@Maru, I can relate to your disagreement. It's beyond frustrating. I was in the same situation when a few rotten GMs entered the team last year. No matter what, there will be disagreement. I'm sorry it has to be you to be disagreeing. Fact is, we should always leave a little room for doubt, because maybe you're right. I'm encouraging you to not have so much doubt that you'd be too stubborn from changing. I did that, and ended up looking like a fool.

@Cyndikate, who said we won't do anything about it? I personally listen because I care. Complaining on the other hand hinders listening, and so far, all I've heard is complaining with no specifics as to why the complaints are made.

@goldeagle, Definitely. It can be risky, but if we don't actually experiment and explore our options, we're going nowhere. I know what you mean by that, and it's alright. I want to make my point clear, because every time there's a promotion/demotion in any part of the staff, there are complaints. Of course, this will never change. :P

I totally understand how you feel about that, Fireh. Unfortunately we lost everything, though we did need to rewipe the character card list, as well as fix up a lot of things anyway. It really did help us in the long run, I suppose. We are making absolute positive that several of us on the team will make backups very frequently.

Just a thought, a good idea would be to have a (...) chat bubble over the person's head when they have their chat menu pulled up so you know they'er syaing something ornot. That way you cant say " I was typing when you killed me"

How do the emotes work in it?

How it works is, it sends messages from Roleplay Essentials chat. So when a player talks, it shows a green bubble. If they should, it shows the red one. If they whisper, it's a softer blue bubble.

The emotes will only show up in the chatbox, as well as several other messages.

As well as that, the example on the right shows that player has their chatbox open.
