Why is one player banned for fleeing the vicinity of battle (as per allowed by the rules) but another, whom filed a report on another player for killing them on behalf of their effort to run from RP, allowed to still play? "Freeform" moderation choice concerning these kinds of punishment appear flawed.

I wish I could be with the other Cervitaurs and all with this upcoming event they are having. But I am spending time with my family. :(
