    For the people upset about OOC oversight being abolished and relying on 'well I don't log in that often because x', am I wrong to think that there isn't an enforced timespan between lessons? Couldn't you theoretically find a teacher and then just get lessons 1-3 a month and be fine? Am I missing something in the rules regarding magic?

      Not particularly no. I personally think all it does is further devalue the character impact of obtaining voidal magic, which leads to students struggling on a lot of the non-obvious aspects of making a wizard interesting.

      You are correct, but you’d be surprised at how difficult it can be to wrangle some time together even once a month for lessons in some cases.
