What are your thoughts on magic characters and creatures befriending others meant to be their sworn enemy in rp? Example is druids x void mages, or vampires and azdrazi
imho there should be consequences for anyone trying to ignore conflict. This also isn’t to call out anyone specific, just a general thought

ive only ever been a necro/wraith so i can only speak as far as undead and things like that go, tbf i would've never befriended my sworn enemies if they weren't the only actual interesting characters around, i did kill/use most of them in the end though
i think lore enforced morality is stupid and that kind of stuff should evolve organically irp, there's an equal choice between a dark mage and a holy mage to decide if they want to ignore their principles and work things outits very antiroleplay to try to force conflict between groups because all its ever resulted in is a bunch of people fighting each other that really don't want to fight each other and then screaming at each other oocly

I've not played on this server for about 5-6 years...
Be honest, is it realistic I could ever rejoin the server without being SEVERELY behind?
I like the gameplay but med school applications and jobs and relationships limit me from immersing myself in the lore of this server as heavily as I did before HA.-
i rp'd with you extensively in the old days, nice to see you around again, who cares if you cant make any progress you should see the server for yourself and see if its something your still interested in, its had quite a few changes mostly to lore but most of the old things dont really matter anymore i wouldn't worry about it

Being a dark group means needing a spot to store your pixels, do rituals, make creatures, and teach students but not be allowed to have land because role playing outside of your region and interacting with other people is apparently wrong but also being unable to base in any nation because what rational person wants dark mages living with you but when someone allows it your exploited for CBs so then you have to leave again.

most of the people claiming “I did it and it worked!” don’t seem to understand that we aren’t going to ask a city owner oocly if we can have a ******* hidden base underneath their city knowing full well within the ooc rules they can at any point kick us out on top of the plethora of other reasons
thats especially not how this works when you don’t get along with these people oocly
there is no ******* reason my guild should have to idle and i should be forced to found/join a city (which ill mention is a complete break of character for most dark mages lorewise) to keep a personal base for dark mages just to store their **** at most tbh
but this is a problem with the charter system and activity system, not any fault of any individual person, so we’ll just start doing all our **** at cloud temple

If you're going to take away natural conflict, then story team needs to step up and make some. We have now been put at such a stagnant pace because people have nothing to do but stand around.

Hello! I haven’t posted in a while, but I feel that I need to bring up my klone lore, as I hear it’s been circulating in spite of all the other lore being shelved. I’d simply like it to be known on here-- where someone who doesn’t know me can see for themselves-- that as its creator I don’t support its continued use.
