      The PK clause can't be enforced by anyone, as Freya said, it's more of an OOC honor clause; if you want to be a noble in Oren, you are expected to RP at a certain level, that level being willing to accept death and loss when it comes. Just as our community may have fickle sensibilities in deposing lesser lords though, it may also in killing kings and committing treason (and the latter is far more common than the former), so that truth goes both ways.

      The Emperor and his court will PK given a valid death, so in turn, the nobles are expected to PK if their efforts against the Emperor fail. If you don't like it, don't need to be a noble in Oren!

    what if during a war, a gm was stripped of all power to deal with any situation dealing with their home nation and the enemy nation. So a nation couldn't necessarily have a pocket GM.
