The best way to go about it at the moment is just to ask around in Roleplay. If by rune magic you're referring to Runesmithing, I believe that's Dwarf-orientated :)

So head over to them short-folk (no offence Dwarvsies) and ask around :D

oh i know that, but its still hard to find one person out of three for a certain subtype.

Straight off the bat, its important not to meta the magic users list. For example, off the top of my head I could name the two necromancy teachers. But my character wouldn't have the slightest clue as to who teaches necromancy. But if he wanted to know, he would do research. Ask your friends! My character for example would start by asking his fellow delvers, and by the end would probably get a name and then work from there. Thats finding the teacher. Then comes getting them to teach y...
