Monk lore is wonky anyway. Especially how we still somehow don't know about the resurrections IC yet.

Monk healing is an OOC explanation as to why we don't have 50% of the population without an arm or leg or foot or hand. You should never force such drastic changes to a character without the player's concent. Believe me, it would be a lot easier for me to play a villain if OOC healing didn't exist, but a LOT of characters would become blind and mute.

As for the "Search for another way to deal with it", there aren't enough characters that can fix the amount that would appear.
