To get custom banners, put a white banner in a crafting table and place dyes around it in whatever pattern you want.~

True, uncorrupt, communism is perfect for a small community like a town. As long as no one gets greed. Thing is, it never works, do to leaders thinking they should have more of the pie, and no one being able to tell them no.
